Layers are too thin to be an Oinker. Plus on top of that, I think I see six layers on the tip, and Oinkers are 5 layer on soft/hard. Def not a medium Oinker either. I'd put my vote on this tip http://www.pooldawg.com/product/tiger-dynamite-pool-cue-tip-single-1

looks like it but dynamite is on the harder side. This one is one of the softest i have ever played with.
