Help Idetify a Cue With Letters "JCC" on Butt Cap

I have a cue that has the letters "JCC" on the white butt cap. The letters are verticle on the butt cap. Can anyone help me identify the cuemaker with these initials/letters used to identify this cue. It was a cue that a player gave me to satisfy a small debt in a one pocket game. Thanks.

They are / or were made near here in West Bend Wisconsin have hit with a few....he used to work for Mc Dermott I've been told- the cue is of great quality normally plays like a stiff Mc D, I hear he's a great person to deal with although haven't heard much from there is a year or two.
