Two well respected CMs have already told you what this cue is. It's an early Joss from Danny Janes/Joss East.
Maybe that's not what you wanted to hear but both have told you the truth.
You can 'bump' this thread all month and it's not going to change the fact that this is an early Joss East cue.
It is what it is. It could stand to be cleaned-up a bit also.

help iding a cue

Sorry for keep posting this is the last time. I appreicate all the help on here from ya'll. I was hoping that it was a Joss East. Because when I trade for the cue 25yrs ago. I gave about $700-$800 for it because I thought it was a early Joss to. But over the years before this formum came up, I had people tell that it wasn't a joss because it was not marked. So I have been questioning the cue since then, But al that's change now with the help from ya'll. Many thanks to all the helpful people out here. And yes it's going to be sent to Dan an have him clean it up, Does any one have an old bumper for the cue.

No thanx necessary going my way. You could shoot Dick & Sherm some rep though.
That would show some appreciation.

No CM on this site gets paid for their help. We do it because we can, because we want to and because we have acquired considerable knowledge that we are willing to share.

I wouldn't have posted in this thread in the first place except that when you started bumping after you were given correct info, it was telling me that you didn't believe what you were being told. I personally took that as being disrespectful. But then maybe you just wanted a consensus opinion. No harm done.

Dan Janes should have a bumper for you when you send the cue to him.

BTW, the joint and particularly the wght. bolt were the telling features.
You provided excellent pics, Thanx.

Ya got me on that one. I would have guessed it was an old German made Fokker cue. An old Fokker, just like me.
