Help in identifying que

I purchased this Que in 1996 from a local pool hall.

I have a few questions which I cannot seem to find answers to:

It states that it is a “Joss” but I cannot find any serial number.

Is it in fact a Joss? If so, what is the model number?

If it’s not a Joss what brand / model number is it?

What is the size, etc. of the joint?

What is the estimated value of this que (it’s in great condition)?

Would it be worth it to purchase another shaft (preferably carbon fiber) which would fit it?

How can I change the weight?

If you need further information please let me know.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

After an exhaustive investigation and studying the first picture intently I am confident this is a Joss cue.

The Cue, purchased in 96 has the 90s Joss logo on it, when they did not use serial numbers on the joint.
If another shaft is worth it, that would depend on who wants to use said shaft. If one does not, then it's not worth it, if one does, then it's worth it.
