I'm traveling to LA next week. Can anyone suggest a place to buy and try a three cushion cue.I've found out that it's difficult to buy over the internet. Thanks in advance.

I would be inclined to suggest the Viguera cue that vass is selling here in the carom section...has a pool shaft too.

I cave a viguera carom cue and love it.

Hi IllusiveTrout,

I live in the Los Angeles area. When I have seen Cues for three cushion being sold here it is usually by individuals and not a particular store. In the past I have seen Adam, Longoni, Tiger, VillaSenor, and Higher end Hanbat cues sold by individuals. The only name I remember is Hector Rosales ( not sure if I spelled his name correctly).

Last time I was in College Billiards in San Diego they were carrying a cue brand from Mexico called "Hakamori". The name sounds Asian but it comes from Mexico.

Others have mentioned the Tiger cue Factory which would be a really cool place to visit, . I have a Tiger shaft fitted for my Longoni cue and I like the shaft, If I did not already own a Longoni cue I would probably own a Tiger Carom cue. I wish there was a brick and mortar store here that sold Carom cues.

Thanks Dean. Buying a cue is very subjective.I'm going to Tiger cues on Friday. They have a table set up so you can get the feel of many cues. This is the factory and they can give you whatever you desire.Check out hit, feedback, weight, shafts, tapers, tip diameters and tips in one location. It's a one stop shopping center.
