Help me identify this Brunswick

Can anyone help me identify this Brunswick table. I just bought this 8' Brunswick in great condition but I'm not sure what model it actually is.

The current owner thinks it's about 10 years old but I can't find much online fomr any sort of Brunswick archive.

I thought it might be an Avalon II but those have curves on the sides and this doesn't

Thanks.

Anyone that does not know what pool table they bought should be tied to their fence while the table is gently removed and brought into a good home. Not talking about you, the original owner. Who spends a few grand on a new table and does not even know what they bought?

I saw a woman pay at least double what a table was worth at an estate sale because she wanted something her grandkids could play on when they visited. It was an off brand 8 foot table.

There are people with plenty of money who will buy something like a pool table with little or no idea what they are buying.

True

Looks like this Manchester listed on this ebay link, except yours looks like it is in much better condition.

I think we have a winner. :) Yeah I was excited when I found this through a friend and how well it had been taken care of.

" Nice-looking table,
I don't know about those 7 inch pockets though

I was thinking the same but I could always upgrade them at a later date.

A beautiful table! I think you made a great choice in buying that one, it looks good and fits the space well.

Table

I've installed and serviced countless number of that style of tables, Brunswick,Connelly, olhausen and several other home style tables... the frames sag over time... always have to shim up the center slates a lot on the used tables of this style..
Brunswick has gone to steel frame tables in their highend home/designer style tables...

When your installer levels the slates pay attention to the amount of shim used at center..

I should have taken pictures of the shims when I took some of these. These were taken at the sellers house.

The shims though didn't seem very thick under the slate and the table was level. Is there anything that could/should be done preventative since the table will be apart? Some sort of added reinforcement bracing before it is fully reassembled?

Table

Not really... not without opening a can of worms so to speak..
The Brunswick frames sag but not that bad, just be happy you did not buy a legacy pool table....

Sounds good. Thanks for the tip.

Side note. Does anyone else see my first post with the pictures? All of a sudden this thread starts with the 2nd post?
