I have a shaft here that is tipped with a layered tip that I have not seen before. Can someone help identify it for me? Thanks.

If it came on a preditor, more than likely it's a Tiger Everest.

I was going to change it out to a Kamui tip, but decided to play a few racks with it and changed my mind quickly. The hit is really great!
