One simple way to do it is:
1) size the photo to no more than 600 to 800 pixels wide in a photo editing program. Put the photo in an easy to find spot like your desktop.
2) write your post and click the "go advanced" button below.
3) Click "manage attachements". Click "browse" look for your photo file then click "upload". Then close the window once it's uploaded.
4) submit your post and the photo will appear.
