Help Please!! Identify/Verify, David Kersenbrock

i just assumed that the black hexagonal,bolt sahped object that the bumper screws into was a weight bolt.what else could it be right?i don't know what it is if it is not weight bolt.either way it is not how Kersenbrock made his cues.however as someone else said it still could be a Kers and someone broke the butt or had it drilled to add weight or who knows what,but since you say it is not a weight bolt,i am curious to know what it is is?it is black and hexagonal and the bumper screws into it.more pics are not necessary as i was just guessing anyway and have no intentions of buying it.
 
still working on this project, i have a new post going. as far as the bolt in the butt, it turned out to be a broken off rubber bumper 5/8 in diameter, the original owner screwed the bar cue style bumper into that old rubber piece..... no bolt just rubber.
