I'M ALSO NOT SURE WHAT IT IS, BUT SCRUGGS, OR PHILLIPI WOULD BE MORE OF MY GUESS.

It has a brass weight bolt that is drilled a little off center to put the rubber
bumper on if this helps. I saw a early Black with the same points and they
are not even. And one more thing I think the butt cap is replaced and may
be refinished.

I've never seen the corners cut off the maple boxes like that.

My guess would also be Schon..The ring work on the joint and shafts appear to be identical to the Dallas West cues
