help valley rails

hi guys need your help here I bought new simmonis 860 and new rails for my valley table. I covered the table myself and it turned out great, but I didnt want to tackle the rails myself so gave them to a local table tech and he said he couldnt do the rails because the rail cloth wont stretch good enough and now only has enough to do 4 rails. Any trix or something i need to know to do it myself so i could get the rails to match the table felt. I can always buy a little more felt to fix the other two rails but do you think its something i could do myself. or just try to find someone else. thanks for your help

Get rid of the guy that can't recover the rails first of all...LOL Someone in your area has to be able to recover bar table rails, I mean...you do have bar tables in your area...right? Call the bars and as them who recovers their tables, if it's a vending company...call the vending company and ask them if their tech can recover your rails.

Hi glen been reading your posts for quite sometime now. Unfortunatly the guy who did (or tried to do them) does all of the bar tables and most of the home felt jobs around here and said that the felt isnt any good and that i should tear it all off and buy some mali thats all he uses on a bar box . know of anyone around mid missouri area?

This guy telling you that the simonis is no good should raise the big flag alone. IMO 1 of 2 things are going on here, he either messed it up and won't tell you, or he is trying to get work out of you.

No, wouldn't be the cloth since 6 rail pieces were included.
I suspect he messed up 2 of the rail pieces and wound up 2 pieces short.
If you can't find 2 rail pieces locally give us a call.

I have 860 green and blue...what did you ship?

PS, I'll be passing through Missouri in about 2 weeks are so on my way to Indiana.

Like I said, the guys an idiot, he's trying to wet the cloth so he can install it on the side pockets without any folds, screwed up 2 rail cloths, then gave up...typical hack!

standard green . He wanted to give me mali blue green rails said nobody would notice:confused::eek:
 
Glen has simonis green with him so possibly he can hook you up on his way to Diamondville.

yea meet the legend get some felt do my rails for me and give me a new diamond what a day LOL. Right Glen :D :D

I'm confused, you want me to bring some green 860 rail cloth with me, recover your Valley rails....AND deliver a new Diamond table?????:D I checked my delivery orders, Diamond has you down for a new 7ft ProAm, but they said you have to just finish paying for it and then I can deliver it...details details details...I swear:D
