HELP--Who Made This Cue????

Hi I am trying to find out who made this cue. The only thing I have on it other than the pictures is it came from Oregon and I am not positive it was even made there.

the pictures are of the butt with a predator shaft, the original shaft was sold but I know who owns it and can get it back if the cue ends up being worth the trouble. You will also notice that the butt is an inch longer than normal, the original shaft was also 30 inches long.

I was hoping someone would see the ring work and know, if you look close, they use silver rings with a square white inlay in the black between the silver rings, but at the wrap, above and below, they only use one silver ring, I thought that this was a little different and may lead to who the builder is.

The cue plays very well with the predator shaft, the points are very sharp and well done, any help would be great. Pictures below, please ignore the finish as it needs to be redone, part of the reason I am seeking the cue maker.

I don't know about the import idea; I've never seen any of the import cues have recut points like that.
