No offense,,,, but YOWZER, my eyes hurt 
But hey, not everyone has the same taste in cues designs.... plus, if someone buys this, they NEVER EVER have to worry about it "walking" off at an tournament they play in......
At price, I have no idea....but brand new ones with similar design but different color are around $250

That is a Asian pin somewhat like a Radial , but not interchangeable . On the used market $100. tops . Jim
