help with Condo billiard area!!!

Better lighting. Move the house cues away from where an errant break can ding them and knock them off the wall.

Don't think a outside basement wall is to good for the cues either. Which can be to your advantage. Keep your cue in a case in your apartment. Let the others play with warped firewood.

You didn't do so bad here. I'd get rid of that mismatched blue chair, and buy a shop type flourescent fixture to hang above the table. You can buy them inexpensively at Home Depot or Lowes. Buy the longest one you can. Not sure if you can find anything longer than 4' these days, but that would be a vast improvement over what you have now. To make it even better, spray paint the underside of the fixture with gloss white paint. That will increase the illumination on your table.

By the way, the AMF is not a bad table. Much more solidly built then most home tables. I used to see 8' AMF's in poolrooms and bowling alleys.

Ideally -- think man cave -- every condo needs an area where the guys can hide/hang out. Budget and room size are biggest limitations. Such areas need to be warm and inviting (even if it's just a guy thing). Consider "multi-purpose". Seating needs to be conducive to viewing and visiting. White walls are too antiseptic. Lighting change would help. Add other diversions as size and demand dictate -- a second pool or a snooker table would be nice. A card/domino table might go over big. Coffee Pot. Drink Cooler. TV. "Stereo".

Don't overlook the donation aspect. Most folks have wall hangings and furniture they don't need/want. Fund raising is another possibility.

The wife and I will most likely sell our house in a few years and move to a condo or apartment . The must haves, garage ,pool and a pool table . It will be a challenge ,we have looked around a bit already on some of our stateside vacations . I hope your mgmt is open to ideas to improve the pool room area .

If there is room....rotate the ping pong table 90 degrees.

This will cut down on errant ping pong balls going into the pool table area. You also won't have someone jumping around one end of the table near the pool table. 100 % free.

Add a better table light. You already have wiring there and a switch in place too. A $ saver. That ceiling may make mounting hard. Concrete beams?..they may not want to have someone drill anything into that to mount anchors.

Move the barbie stove and what looks like a microwave down some or to another wall.
