Help with cue id

It's a bit hard to see the logo. I tried editing the photo as best as i can making the signature as visibile as possible. If you can take a better macro photo, i probably could isolate the signature making it more obvious. This is a best as i can do right now.

How about a pic of the whole cue Tim?

Are there any special joint rings etc. that may help ID it?

Could be a Jon Spitz. He started making cues around that time. I think his AZ name is wood2wood. May contact him and have him to look at pic.
