Help with cue ID

Any ideas on who made this? It looks to be 20 or more years old.
It is 58" with 8"+ points that end within 3'' of the joint collar. Joint collar is black phenolic with what looks like ebony & maple slotted ring. Veneers are maple, green, blue, and purple. Joint is .840, A-Joint is 1.05, and Delrin buttcap is 1.29 with a beveled end. Cue has a 5/16x14 piloted pin, ivory capped ferrule, Cortland wrap and a black bumper secured by an allen head screw.

Look at where the wrap starts, the rest doesn't matter.

Looking at the photos a second time the wrap goes to the left, typical of most cuemakers.

Photo updates

There's no phenolic "buzz ring" joining the handle to the forearm.
The wrap was installed the opposite way of most current cuebuilders, with the wrap on the backside of the lathe and linen being pulled over the top of the cue.
There are two glue relieve holes for the A Joing.
There are 3 holes in the handle, equidistant across the radius of the handle just above the buttsleeve. The wrap was secured in one hole, the other two were empty.
There is something written in pencil on the wrap; I couldn't tell what it says.

i see that it says prince on the wrap section of the handle.. but what does it say on the shaft?
