Help with Justis case...

Hi All,

I just acquired a case which I believe to be an early Justis. It doesn't have the usual Justis logo stamped into it, but rather has a hand signed inscription on the top of the case that says J. & T. Cases and the date (1993). It is a 3 x 6. Was J & T the precurser to Justis cases? I know Jack visits our chatline ever so often. Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes, very early on I was using J & T (Jack & Toots, my better half) and most were dated month day and year.....101593 (Oct. 15, 1993)

Thanks Jack! I have several of your cases (including a zebra skin model!) and was positive this was one of yours, even though the lid opens front to back instead of side to side, but I just wanted to know what the history was with the "J&T" inscription. I appreciate you taking the time to write back!

Regards,

Steve

wow can you post a pic?

Whoever that girl is with all those pool balls in her mouth, she has talent that could definitely be marketed.....

I'll post pics later today.

The girl in the picture is my sister. She sent us those pictures from the convent... ;)

I may have to take a break from here for a spell. Getting my foot out of my mouth might take a while....

She actually said that she thinks she could fit your foot in her mouth, too!

Steve,

If you wouldn't mind, I would like to post some of your photos, this case and the Zebra, on my site. I am about to finish up the Jack Justis page and photos of those cases would be phenominal (along with my couple of fancy ones).

Chris,

I'll be more than glad to send you some pics. I'll take them tonight...
