Help with Wood ID!

Just recently purchased this cue. Just wondering what type of wood is the butt sleeve? Also, is it buckhorn rings and joint or elk etc.? Looks to be a spalted wood of some kind. Here is the pics.

The buttsleeve is marblewood .
The joing collar looks like a moose antler to me.

I agree with Joey, and in case you did not infer from his answer, marblewood is not spalted. (or at least your piece is not)
