Real McDermott ?

The stamped logo appears to be real. I don't remember in white. Also, don't recognize the bumper, but bumpers can be replaced easily, though this bumper appears to have a screw attachment and most McDermott I've seen have a push in bumper??? It could be one of the early McDermott cues which is the answer to my above. If you didn't pay over $100, you probably got a good deal (leather wrap and all!).

This is an E-F2 I believe. Check it out here:

I guess I should've said "this McDermott." You're right, there are a few out there that would fetch a nice price.

I certainly didn't mean to be insulting to the OP, by the way. It is vexing to buy something and not be completely sure you're not being ripped off. I apologize if I came off as being a jerk.

I've seen a few worth counterfeiting but this one? I'd have to think it was a real one.

It is definitely a McD, EF series. It was made with some of their new joint and butt plate materials, and this is the closest they could get to black, kinda of a dark grey.

After a year or so, they finally got jet black stuff that you see today.
