I need to know if anyone has used this style Radial pin. I need a shaft retapped for this. If not, any good suggestions to remove and replace this pin without damaging the Ivory joint would be appreciated..ie..tricks of the trade..secrets you only tell your wife.....whatever...I need to do something with this quickly.

Color me stupid, but this doesn't look like a radial pin.

Definately not a Radial of any kind. If 3/8-8, then an insert can be made for the shaft as long has someone has the tap. Try the "Ask the Cuemaker" section of the forums.
