Hi, My dads table is starting to come undone, The rubber bumper part is separating from the wooden rail portion. I was wondering what would be the best adhesive we could get to fix it. Thanks ahead, Todd

If it's just in a spot or two and you want to pull the cloth back and mend it for now get some weldwood contact cement, the 20 minute kind. I think you can get it in as little as 3oz bottles. There's better adhesive available now days for various reasons but that product will do the job and you can get it at any hardware store.
I am not a table mechanic but have repaired loose rubber like this a few times.
