high end cues for sale

Hi, All.

For a few reasons, I have decided to post three of my cues for sale. Mostly, I am just not able to play very much and they normally sit in a case every day, which I disagree with. I have used them all and they each shoot really nicely. I have a few bucks tied up in them and would like to either get some out, for other things, or get down to two or three cues only.

The first McDaniel pictured, with the floating points and silver ring work is not for sale.

The second McDaniel is 19.5 ounces, with 13 mm ferrules. There are about thirty hours of play on the first shaft and an hour or two on the second. Both are clean and smooth. Everything white is ivory, with silver veneers on the windows in the butt sleeve. All inlays in the diamonds are silver-bordered ebony dots. The abalone circles in the centers of the points, bases of the points, and in the windows have silver borders. The wrap is black lizard skin. There is only one other cue like this one, but with an ivory handle. I would like to get 4000.00 or very close for this cue.

The second cue is a very high end, one of a kind, Mike Bender. The weight is 19.7 ounces and both ferrules are 13 mm with Moori medium tips. I think most of you have seen this cue from when it was owned by Ken Kerner. All white is ivory, and the ring work and inlays are 14 kt gold. The blue inlays are lapis lazuli. The base wood is ebony with ironwood points. One shaft is unplayed, with a few hours on the other. An awesome piece of work. I am looking for 8000.00 or close to it.

The last cue is by Ed Prewitt and is really a wicked-looking piece of work. The weight is 19.48 ounces and the ferrules are 13.2 mm with Moori medium tips. One shaft has four or five hours of play but is very clean and smooth. The other shaft is still sealed in a plastic sleeve as it was received. All inlays in the butt sleeve and forearm point veneers are sterling silver. All white is ivory. From what I understand. Mr. Prewitt is no longer making cues with this style of ring work. I am looking for 5800.00 or very close to it for this cue.

I would potentially be interested in trades, but only for a high end Ginacue, preferably ebony-based and ivory-pointed, but I never say "no" without having a look. I have individual pictures of each cue with their shafts if anyone is interested. Thank you to anyone looking and please feel free to pm any offers here at to my home address rfrisbee@telus.net.

Thanks again,
Ryan

absolutly beautiful cues, i keep telling my wife if i'd win the lottery i'd be able to afford all these cues i want, but she keeps reminding me i'm to tight to spend the dollar on a ticket. Guess i like the sure thing to much. Anyhow good luck on these, shouldn't last long here with all the knowledgable people.

Hi Ryan,
Just thought I would give you a positive recommendation.

What a beautiful cue collection and I have to ask which cue would you pick if you could only keep one of them?

Here's a little bump for some gorgeous cues. To anyone considering these cues, rest assured that you're dealing with a class act here. We've known Ryan for some time as a buyer/seller and he's top notch.

Hi, James.

How have you been? Depsite the Prewitt and Bender being more expensive, the McDaniel with the floating points is an awesome playing and looking cue and is my sentimental favorite. I think that will be the one cue I will keep for as long as I am able to play.

I've been doing OK Ryan and I hope things have been well for you. With your cue collection you can't make a bad choice choosing just one of them since they are all beautiful. Good luck with the sale.

What beautiful cues. Just personally bought three cues or I would definitely be interested in the Mcdaniels cue. What a shame his cues don't bring what they deserve. Your cue should be worth double what your asking. I have had four of his cues and they all played fantastic. I bought the three cues just to have some trade material for the Derby City Classic. If something changes or move any of them before I will be in touch. Good luck until then with your sale.

Sincerely, Jim

McDaniel cue

For any interested parties, the McDaniel is still available and I would lower to asking price to 3800.00

Thanks,
Ryan
