High quality shaft work needed

I need Ferrule/Tip work done on my 2 old growth shafts.

Who are you guys and gals turning to in the USA when it is for your SPECIAL gear?

Joe Blackburn and Steve Lomax. Steve is a member here. Stevel is his name I believe. Mike Webb also has done a great job for me in the past, however I'm not sure he is still doing repair work. He's on the forum as well.

It depends on your location.
I usually go to Paul Drexler, aka PFD Cues. He does great work and does it fast.
