FS: Paul Mottey/James White hoppe cue. I ordered this cue from Paul before he retired. He completed part, James White finished after Paul retired. That is why no signature. James said he didn't want to sign and Paul hadn't signed, so James put "MOTTEY" in the hoppe ring.

$3250 or Offer.

Butt : (all white is Ivory) 13.5 oz.

4pt 4 veneer bridged veneers. out to in (black/blue/black/green).
5/16 -14 Ivory piloted joint. Ebony points into Birdseye. Peacock in each point with 3 dots.
Bushka ring
Black lizard wrap
Ebony hoppe butt with alternating double barbells/slotted diamonds.

2 shafts with ivory ferrules. both shafts are 3.75 oz. 1 slightly played, the other virtually unplayed. Maybe 2 racks total.

Issues: there are 5 or 6 small "dents" in the butt sleeve. None through the finish. I tried to show the largest in the one butt photo. It is in the light in between the 2 barbells. This has been my daily player since I got it. Other than the "dents" the cue is flawless. I would personally rate the overall condition at 90+%.

US POSTAL MONEY ORDER ONLY !! I will not put any cc info online. I have no current itrader, but have done deals with Tikkler/FastnLoose before. I can pm any details you want to know.

I can take more photos if needed and pm to interested parties

Bump..

To answer some of the questions I received via PM's.

1. yes, the weight of the butt is 13.5. I was curious so took out bumper and there is a weight bolt, but a very short one. the hole is much longer than the bolt. Yes this is original to the cue. I have not done anything to shafts/cue since getting from Paul.

2. Shipping to CON-US only due to all of the ivory.

3. Not interested in trades at this time.

thanks for looking.
Ray.

Great Cue
Nick :)

Mottey.....???

Am I reading this right that Total weight of the cue is only 17.25 oz
with the weight bolt...?

If so, I can say that this cue is the lightest Mottey cue I have ever seen.

Thanks.....Paul

Yes. I double checked on 2 scales. The weight bolt is very short and the weight hole is deeper, so would accomodate a heavier bolt.

Thanks.
