Hey Chris, is this the one you built for Lamar?
Yes that is Lamar's new cue. The one above it is the one he bought for Angela as a gift. Are you playing any with the Spain Tribute I built for you?

That one is already sold. Guess you are gonna have to build yourself that Tuilpwood cue you have been talking about.

Have you seen Lamar's new cue in person yet? What do you think? My pictures really seem to lose clarity when reduced in size, so the pictures don't do it justice at all.

I agree. The photos don't do it justice. It has to be seen to be truly appreciated. He had it at Side Pokket last week. Angela was there with hers too, and I was there with the Spain cue....three of your cues in one place.

Chris, awesome looking cue !!!!
Thanks! I submitted studio quality pictures of that cue long with the Elk Horn cue and a couple of others for the new Blue Book. Hopefully it will make the color section.

:) The cues are NEVER out of at least one of our sight. Plus...we all carry...:)
Yeah. I need to get one of those little pieces of paper, too! :D

Here is the link to my latest cue. It is a Ebony cue with many Ivory, Abalone and Ruby inlays with Ring Tail Lizard wrap.

I think this cue is definitely in my top five, if not number one.

Hey Chris and Z.
I have lost only 2 of 10 matches with this cue, 1 of them was my fault - did not try to win.
I love the cue.
Having many request to see it - I need some of your business cards to pass out when I show the cue.
Leave them with Mike if you play in 9-ball tourn. monday.
Thanks Lamar

Hi Lamar,
Glad you are enjoying the cue. Brad says it will definitely be in the new Blue Book. Just curious what the 25 in Lamar25 is for? Me or you either one has not seen age 25 for many years. :)

Chris

Your right about our age.
My cue (A "Hightower" should be in the blue book.)
Re: 25
I have 2 sons - Michael (Mike) and Gregory (Greg).
In 1979 I bought 2 gokarts from Sears & Roebuck (Orange Crate's).
After playing around a while, we decided to go racing.
Our first race was at Dixie Speedway In Woodstock.
Finish positions: 2 & 5.
We retained #2 & #5 as our kart no's from that point on.
In 1983 we turned the karts into show karts; showing them in the "World of Wheels" car shows in '83 &'84.
'83 2nd & 3rd, '84 1st & 2nd.
In 1985 We went full blown kart racing at "Airport Mini Speedway" in Jasper Ga. After about a year Mike droped out and went to the drag racing world with a bad "A__" 1967 V.W.Bug.
Greg & I stayed with the karts; racing the "WKA National Dirt Series" using kart no. 5; even though Greg finished 2nd in our first race at Dixie.

Thanks for asking,
Lamar
