Can someone post a weitable of the layout of the 1-9 combo that Immomen and Juva deliberated over? Per the AZ article, it was hill hill with China. Thanks in advance.

I found this one

in that picture it looks easier than it was. monitor changes the angles.

me thinks they should have played safe

straight to the one, one two rails to the center of the table, cb from one rail to hide behind the eight, as near as possible, but at least to take away the jump shots. if frozen, it would've been deadly, as nine and seven blocking the rails also, and 'chinese' (ironic term..) from the eight making the two rail kick uncertain..

why didn't you do it markus? why did you listen your partner instead of your intuition? i guess you were too much fallen in love with the idea that you'd just finish the game with one shot?

You make your decision, and you live with the outcome. Win or lose, you always learn from the experience. Given the great pressure of the situation - and the fact that the shot was tempting - you made the right choice at the right time - the shot just didn't go. That's pool. If everything was a sure thing, nobody would watch. You did very well and you should be very proud. Best of luck to you!

Heh, yeah, just fooling around little bit. Need a good night sleep.

Thank's for the nice words anyway, you hit the nail there..

BTW, @Pecca, the shot clock is not on after the break. It starts counting after the first shot, excluding push-out.
I saw the safety, but Mika saw the nine. We used lots of time measuring the angles, and the safety never came to mind after that. It looked good from the point of one ball, but when down on the shot, it didn't. I didn't hesitate it at all, I saw the nine ball going in, but my mind and my eyes didn't get the angles right in the end. If I would've been sharper, I would've been aware of that, and would've considered the safety option again.

If and if..
