This a New 2011 Hills Custom Full Splice with Venners and Butterflies. The pictures will do the talking. The cue is absolutely stunning in person and the playability is even better. If you are looking for a players cue, then this it. The cue has been fully tested (with test shaft) its hit is really really good. Both shafts are triple A. Listed below are some specs on the cue.

Tips: Double pressed Triangle
Ferrule: 3/4 Juma
Shafts: 2 - 12 3/4 Hills Custom Pro Taper
Pin: Brass 3/8x10 Modified Radial (custom made by Darrin)
Joint: Black Collars with White Juma
Veneers: Black/Maple/Red/Red/Maple
Forearm: Birdseye Maple
Handle: Brazilian Rosewood
Butt: Birdseye Maple w/ Butterflies and black butt cap

Was bidding on this cue. But I find strange that the two top bidders on both the cues you have for sale are the same and have carried it several hundred dollars forward . Also the way the post on e-bay is written makes it seem like you are Darrin Hill but Darrin posts here under hills cues . All this add up to making me just a little suspicious unless you have a resonable explanation.

I have no clue who ticketforu or thed34 is but if either win the cue I hope they pay. Those are the 2 you are referring to right? Thed34 has contacted me several times with low ball offers on both cues. No thank you!!! There is a few bidders on there that have bid on my auctions before but none of them I know personally. Darrin and I posted these cues together on my ebay because he is having some issues with his Paypal and bank account due to a situation with his ex. Those are the facts and you have nothing to worry about. I can't control the bidding. I'm sure darrin would love to see them sell as he could use the money.
 
I can't tell because it only shows me the first and last letter of their ID but the letters don't match the ID's you posted . If Darrin wanted to sell a couple of his cues he should have called me. Makes it very hard to buy his stuff with give away sales on Ebay Killing his own market value. Very sad because the man makes a hell of a cue.

Hi Matt, this is my best friend Kurt he is a straight shooter and one hell of a nice guy....this summer after the Divorce I had no computer , no Palpal , Ebay it was all in Shari's name. Kurt stepped in and wanted to help keep me going...his ebay score speaks for it self and i insure u their was no sideways bidding. I had him put them on ebay as he was getting so much flack out here... come on guy's leave kurt alone and let him sell my cues... thanks, D Hill

Glad to hear it from you . No malice was inteded but you can see how it looked from the outside. I wish you only the best and still think you make a great cue . I can also understand the need to make some quick cash given your circumstance.
 
very nice looking cue, 1 suggestion tho, should post a picture showing the entire butt section so we can see what the cue looks like.
