Horn is one of the most underrated cue makers ever, they play great!
I konw it's been brought up before, but if someone had a cue in this condition, would you bother to restore it or leave it well enough alone? The reason I ask is my friend is contemplating selling it. He hasn't thought of a price or anyting, just wondering should he or shouldn't he mess with it.
Thanks for letting me bring up an old topic on an old cue.
I didn't know Ron and Verl were buddies. Learn something new every day. If he does restore it I think he's leaning toward Petree because Pete has worked on it before. Pete does a pretty damn good finish in my book too. I will pass that idea along too.
I'm jet wondering your guys opinion, mess with history or let it be?
