Hit of cue by different cuemakers

You got a point cowboy. However ambiguous "hit" may be, pretty much everyone agrees that a Aji Amarillo chile pepper is HOT!

As a pepper it measures at 30,000 to 50,000 Scoville heat units which puts that in the medium range along with
Tabasco & cayenne and about 4X as hot as a jalapeño. So, IMO, just above beginner's level. chucklin'

Hi,

I've always been wondering about how stiff the hit of cues made by top-listed or at least recognized cuemakers and will love to put it together for easy viewing. Feel free to add in your own context of how the cue hits as long as it's easy to understand.

So here it is, share your experiences! From a range of 1-10, 1 being the softest and 10 being super duper stiff. Description of stiffness taken from StrokeofLuck: "Stiffness seems to be more how the shaft reacts and hardness seems more like the resonation you feel in your hand and arm."

best playing cue for YOU is the one YOU play with all the time...that's the only thing that matters.

So many variables, weight, balance point, sound of hit, wrap material and feel, no wrap, even feel of shaft. All these contribute to a players comfort level to assess the HIT they want. What I like for me is not the same for the ladies who want a cue for themselves or a big taller man.
