First in the BCA and second in the US Open. Both of these tourneys have to be amongst pools majors.Along with his victory in the 2003 Wpc, he's definitly a force to be reckoned with. can't go wrong betting with Hohmann.

I think the tightened pockets are definately going to change who is a favorite to win this year. Hohmann shoots incredibly straight so I don't think the pockets will hurt him too much. My money is on Yang, however. He is the most hungry, and he definately has the ability.

The tables at Bank Shots where Thorston plays are very tight anyways, he should feel right at home.

Hohmann got a little lazy a few times in FL that cost him. When playing focused, I don't think there is anyone in the world with beter form.

I hope ur right, coz just recently here in the Phils he was gobbled up
by Gande Valle by the score of 9-5. It was 6-1 at first but he clawed back
but again came up short.

Perhaps, but just recently here in the US, Hohmann dished out a merciless beating to Marlon Manalo at the BCA open. At one point of the race to 11, Hohmann led 9 - 2, en route to a blowout win.

The WPC is a crapshoot.I think there are ten serious contenders and Hohmann's definitly a top tener.Whoever is breaking the best will most likely come out on top.

Aside from the favorites there are a number of others that can win it if they go into deadstroke.Nine ball can be really unperdictable. Best of luck, RJ

I asked this before but noone really answered but myself. Who do you think would actually have their chances of winning the tournament hurt by tight pockets? You say Hohmann's chances are likely to at least remain the same due to straight shooting, but what player who is a actual favorite drops in their chances to win the event due to tighter pockets in your mind? If it definately changes who is a favorite to win then who is that favorite that it is switching from that you think lost alot of their chance?
