Home room suggestions

I'm closing on a new home later this month and will finally have space for a primo man cave/pool room. I'm converting the RV bay next to the 2-car garage, It's heated and well insulated. It's also walled off from the garage bays. It needs some finishing, but how much it needs is more a matter of taste than comfort.
While I don't have the dimensions, I know that I can accommodate more than one table. My mainstay will be a 10-foot Anniversary pool table. I also plan to have a wet bar and TV viewing area in the very back of the room. The TV will be situated such that it will be great for watching instructional material while shooting drills.
I'm looking for suggestions, so I'll make this a poll. Should I have multiple tables? If so, would you add a 7-foot Diamond? Or would you add a 10-foot GC1 snooker table?

I was afraid someone would say that...I had an opportunity to pick up a Centennial billiards table before I left Oregon for about $1k. I just ran out of room...my thought at the time was to have all three, but when I realized how much space that would require it seemed impossible.

Absolutely true, especially the small games which correlate better to pocket billiards than 3 cushion.

Looks great. I don't know. If it were me I would nix the second table for a ping-pong table and foosball. Maybe an arcade game or two.

Oh and some arcade games would be cool if there is the extra space. There used to he an awesome thread that people showed their home rooms. You could prob get some good ideas.

Seems to me that it would be silly to have 2 10 foot tables. Unless one of them has no pockets as was said before.

I would just play snooker on the same 10 foot table if I wanted to. Unless you are quite serious about snooker, I don't think the curved pockets and size would make that much difference. Thoughts?

A 7 footer is my preferred table for 8 ball, and it might be nice to have if friends are hanging out and want to shoot around. The 10 footer could be a little intimidating for some.

I would also second the idea of a nice ping pong table.

Look for some Anniversary snooker rails to keep around to change out the 10ft'r once in a while.

My vote would be for 10' Anniversary + Other. Other being whatever the popular local table is that you would mostly play on outside of your garage. For example, while I lived in the Northeast Gold Crowns were the table of choice so I would have chosen a 9ft Gold Crown. Now that I live in the PNW I only play on Diamonds so my choice now would be a 9' Diamond. Diamond Bar Boxes are also popular here but I never play on them.

I don't know that I could find a 6x12 locally, so getting one shipped here could be expensive. By the way, I would open the guest room to someone that could teach me one pocket.....
