I call for an all out War in the States! If you wonder why there ARE no Pool Halls thriving in the US look within.

I hate to be a wiener here but I think this has been thought of before. Nobody relishes the thought of actually organizing people to agree to a system. It chaps my buns to think how any of these ideas can work if people just came together. To be frank I think the real problem is people's egos.
 
No way! Imagine my luck, I just happened to check out the forum in a dull moment at work, and I happened to open the thread that's going to save pool!
