House Cue Tip Replacement

All of a sudden the tips are coming off my house cues. I’ve tried everything inc glues, different tips { Le Pro, Water Buffalo, Triangle’s etc) to no avail. I machine the face at 90 degrees tried pitting the face of both tips and ferrules and cutting the profile down so that the customers don’t have much of a tip to knock off. I do have a more inexperienced crowd these days with more females. Any ideas and I’d hate using slip on tips. Thx

Face em up, use Super Glue Gel. apply to tip bottom/face up glue bottom with ferrule, making SURE both prepared surfaces have no spacing/air gaps.
Center the tip then ''bounce drop'' tip on to floor, recenter and dry in vertical stand.
Drop/seating the tip, removes any chance of air pockets in the glue during facing.

If your technique is the same …If all of a sudden tips are falling off the glue might have gone south. Tips do not just fall off. You know your work and how it has been holding up. Start with fresh glue.
Do you clean the faced ferrule with an alcohol pad prior to gluing? Do you rough up the glue side of the tip. Are you getting the tip on fast enough .. before glue is setting? Center the tip quickly and put the clamp on. I use Bob Smith or Starbond CA. Never had an issue with my own cues or buddies cues. Are you allowing the CA to fully cure before finishing? Don’t rush.
I’m not a pro cue maker but can do a first class tip installation. I had a problem once using dollar store CA.(Crazy Glue)
