It was announced on Lenny's stream that this will happen in March @ The Chinook Winds Casino, Lincoln City, Oregon.

I'm wondering if this money is enough to attract the big names? Can't wait...:)
 
I'm sure that Western BCAPL will make an announcement before too long. My thinking is that this kind of money might even persuade SVB to spend some time on the Oregon coast.

I don't know about 10k for first place but maybe. They just had one(10ball) prior to US Open and first place was 6k so 10k for first is not out of the question since it will be 8ball.
 
Andrew Monstis confirmed it on my stream, $10,000 first place Chinook Winds 8 Ball Open in March. The great thing is they pay out, you can cash your check at the local bank down the street. They treat everyone very well along with in being a great venue for a pool tournament. I do believe it will attract many big names from the west coast, southwest and possibly midwest. Looking forward to all the details, entry fee probably only around $100-$200 I am thinking so good value for it.
