The corner that Earl was sitting in had been trashed by Earl. Some of banners were hanging by one corner, chalk was everywhere, ear plugs were on the floor. After the camera panned over to the mess and Justin & John started discussing the mess, John said "it looked like a water buffalo with tourettes had been in that corner". LOL
This one has to win..... I spit tea all over my keyboard when he said that.
I was crying after that one. I hope they have John Schmidt in the booth again sometime soon.
All of these quotes have me laughing and wondering when will the DVD be released? Please do not edit it JCIN!!
I laughed hard on that one, I couldn't help it. He said it takes 3 weeks to starve and this guy has to eat this sandwhich. I was dying.
I also liked John's sandwiches comment. Some context if anyone missed it:
John recently opened a pool hall and it started out hectic, someone asked if john would host something like earl vs. alex at his place. He said "sure, I'd make sure they're all set, close up, get the equipment right, etc". At some point John they asked if john would be having any big money matches in there, and if he wanted to try the 10ft challenge. He sort of hemmed and hawed and said "well, I dunno if I'd even have time to play, I pretty much make sandwiches all day, ya know? I'm not really a pool player, I just make sandwiches".
BUT, he said, if Danny wanted to come down they could maybe play a little
Another one I liked, john was talking about how he drove on his motorcycle for hours to watch this tar, and how cool it was to see earl in rare form. He said "I'd skateboard naked through a snowstorm to watch this".
I'd like to see TAR get john in the booth whenever possible. He's just a funny guy, and knowledgeable, and pretty tactful even when someone in the chat makes some nonsense statements. JCIN just seems worn out in the past couple of TARs, especially with the hassle of the 3rd day login issues.
