how can you add to your name or website name on here

I think you have to PM the moderator if you want to change your actual screen name. There is no option for that even for gold members. You can also put a signature in your post, which will show up at the bottom. Although many members have them turned off due to taking too much space (I have them turned off for example so I never see the signatures).
