How do I post mp3 files ?

I have a really cool commercial that was made for the Viking Cue AMATEUR event in Knoxville, TN. I would like to share it with the AZ community but I have NO CLUE how to do it. It is currently airing on local stations in Knoxville, TN

Can anybody walk me through it ?

2nd option would be to place it sonmewher else on the web say MySpace or something but again.....I Have NO CLU how to do it.

It needs to be hosted somewhere. Are you able to upload it to your websites server?

I don't control the viking9balltour.com website. It's is hosted and maintained by Viking Cue Mfg., Inc. So for me that's not an option right now.

mp3 is a strange file time for a video file, so im not sure if youtube or myspace will host it. How large is the file?
