I have played with all the tips mentioned except a Moori. However, I can tell you that Tiger does make a good product. Their Sniper tips really grip the cueball. I reshaped it about twice, and after that, the dime radius shape is never lost. After a while, it DOES feel like a medium hard tip. When it's fresh on your cue, it feels more like a medium soft. I have also purchased and used Kamui (medium), Hercules H2 (only come in medium), Tiger Everest, and Talisman (medium). Out of all of the tips I have used, the Hercules H2 tips are the best (IMO). They hold chalk really well, and can put extreme english on the cueball. They never mushroomed and always kept their shape (once they settled down a bit). My second choice would be the Everest tip. They play very similiar to the H2 (IMO). In the end, the "best" tip for you is that of your personal preference, and one that is suitable for your playing style.
