How do ya empty private message?

I click on private messages on the to right of the page, and they select empty, it asks if I'm sure, I click Yes, and it doesn't empty. :shrug:

Anyone know how to do it. I also tried viewing them, checking them and selecting delete. :scratchhead:

Delete

I just fill the ones I want deleted with a check box, select "delete" from the drop down list, then click "go". That sounds like what you were doing though, so I'm not sure.

As CamposCues stated, just check the box on the right of the message, go down to the bottom of the messages to the "Selected Message" menu and select delete from the drop down list and hit go. If that's what you're doing and it doesn't work, the go down to "contact us" at the bottom of the page and send a message to the administrator stating your problem. They may be able to straighen it out for you. Sorry you're having a problem but computers (bless them) can be quirky at times.
