I have a cue with Ivory Ferrule that has a stain in it.
What is the best (safest) way to clean it?

The ivory will develop a natural yellow petina over time. Ivory has to be in the light all the time to keep white color. Ivory being porous stains easily. The best way to remove the stains is take mixture of lemon juice and hydrogen perioxide and apply it with cotton swab and keep it in light. But not direct sunlight because of the heat. Hope this helps:thumbup: Oh it takes more than one treatment!

You might try Butchers Wax.

Cleans my Ivory Ferrules nice and it's great on the shaft.

Do a search here and you'll find a lot of information on this stuff.
