How do you embed a Wei table diagram into posting thread?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this? If you know please post (for everyone) or PM me a step by step procedure on how to do this. I have other awesome kicking systems, shots etc to show and I think it would be more convienant if people didn't have to cut and paste(wei codeings) a bunch of step by step examples to illustrate a point.

Any help, much appreciated.

1) Fill the entire screen with wei table
2) Hit keyboard key "Print screen"
3) Go to accessories choose "paint"
4) Go to edit (on paint) "Paste"
5) Choose "Select" to crop picture you want by encircling area
6) In the middle of that area Right click "copy"
7) Choose Paint again
8) Go to edit (on paint) "paste"
9) Go to file "save as"
10) name it what you want
11) Make sure you choose JPEG in the "Save Type" (or it wont be small enuff for AZ to accept it.)
12) Click "Save"
13) On the first paint "save changes to title" select "no" to get rid of it. (it was just the rough draft anyway)
14) Then when you post on manage attachments the file you saved should be in "MY Pictures"
15) click on the picture click "open" then "upload" and your done!!!!

Or you can just enclose it with [ wei ] [ /wei ]

much simplier than a 20 step proccess and its interactive too!!!

I though he was asking to post his own pictures one after another without someone going thru the wei trouble.!?
