The only way I know is through 3rd party imaging like Photobucket, who by the way is charging now for 3rd party hosting.
It's one of the reasons so many people want to text or email pics when communicating via pm.

1. Create a thread here in AZ land in the Test Area and post your pics: http://forums.azbilliards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=8
2. Once you've created your thread with your pics, left click on a desired picture and click "copy URL/image address"
3. When you go to you compose your pm, click on the "insert image" tab above the text box and paste your image URL/address. Then click OK. Image address should be inserted.
4. Check message preview to see if your image was inserted
5. Send pm![]()
Why create a test page?
If you know how to do that then just put the url in the PM from wherever the pics are hosted.
IMGUR and Google will host for free. But even AZB will host your pics. You have photo albums here on AZB.
All you have to do is put the address of a pic in a message. Really. Just right click and copy the address of the pic then paste it in any message whether a post or PM.
If you want it to be seen without clicking on it then use this:![]()
.
I use a hidden (only me) album on Facebook for digital billboards. It doesn't reveal the account or location, just displays the image.
These are the steps:
1) Add the photo to the album on Facebook.
2) Click on it to view
3) Right-click on the picture and select, "Copy Image Location" (assuming you use Firefox as a browser)
4) Use the image tag / "Insert Picture" button in your PM and paste the URL.
![]()
really suprised how many members didnt know they can do this
