How do you prepare for a Big tourney

I was just wondering how you prepare for a big tourney..I play rotation alot and that all i really do is that enough? Its a Jr quilifier in Columbus Ohio, Thanks.

For all day and two day tournaments, I think the best thing is to rest the day before - take it easy. And don't eat any big meals just before a match. Lightly snack all day long.
 
I like to play on the tables, if not at the location, then the same kind, somewhere else, prior to the event.
 
have a good night's rest. eat good meal about 2 hours prior to the tournament, and sip on water throughout the tournament to keep yourself hydrated. and think happy thoughts.:)
 
I practice as much as I can the week of and take it easy the day before. As said before try to play on the same equip. you will be during the tournament. If you want to go a little crazy use the same cue ball ;) I eat a big meal the night before and something healthy in the morning. Energy drinks help IMO and if you start feeling sleepy take some No-doze or something. Get some sleep, but not too much. Remember its just a game :) I wish I could take that last snippet of advice hehe :D
