hi all, been shooting more regularly than I'm used to, and my shoulder's been letting me know about it- wondering in general what y'all do (or don't do, as the case may be) to get in shape for a good pool sesh?
personally, I stretch out my joints and try to warm my arm up on the table before I get to really crackin' em- afterwards I stretch some and have been doing pt on my shooting shoulder, as I've had joint problems in the past. occasionally I'll also throw in a few bicep beer curls- those seem to help keep me feeling sporty as well :winknudge:
