How do you pronounce Espiritu?

As in the cuemaker's name. I've heard it said a few different ways, and one didn't even sound close: ess-prew-chee. Anyone got some input?

Thats exactly the way I've always heard it pronounced!

The stress (accent) goes in the "pee" (no pun intended). Spanish for spirit, should be written "espíritu" with a "tilde" in the first i, to indicate such stress.
