How does Chevilotte Quality compare?

I am guessing Chevilotte is not Riley or BCE class but I was wondering if it would be a good choice over an Olhausen 6 x 12.

Chevillotte is known in the US mostly for making a very solid carom table (with 2-inch slates). I would expect the snooker table to be as solid. Does it have a steel frame?
