How does One, get Certified as a Pool Teacher

This is an excellent question for RandyG and hopefully he might read this while he is in Vegas.

I beleive you have to attend a BCA Certified Academy and earn your certification from a "Master" instructor.

Go to www.bca-pool.com/play and then select instruction...you can find out all about the Instructor Program right there. While you are there, look for a link for "Program Guidelines" which outlines the requirements to move up through the program. For the first level of BCA instructor certification, which is the "Recognized" level, you have to take a 3-day course that costs about $750. It can be given by an Advanced or Master instructor. There is a list of academies and instructors on the BCA web page.
