I shot a 46 using the shots you set up on that cue table. I did it all at once, took me about an hour, maybe a little more. I had a 2/10 run on one of the particular shot setups. It's the one where you put the object ball on the spot and put the cueball in the same position opposite of the object ball. You then cut the ball into the corner pockets (5 each way). I went 2/10 overall on this shot and it really hurt my score.
I play on an oversized 8' Diamond Professional with 4.5" pockets. I have an image of the table below. I really don't know how stingy the pockets are. They seem to play the same as any other Diamond I have played on. The balls are a bit dirty, I had a couple of skids which resulted in misses.
I definitely identified some strengths and what is apparently a giant weakness of mine. I will work on that immediately lol.
I do have an opinion on the scoring. I fell into the B range and I hardly consider myself a B player. I am a C player no doubt about it, and probably a weaker one at that. John Schmidt helped me get a stroke straight, and I put a lot of work into that, so I am probably showing a bit higher than I really am as far as letter grade goes.
I think its a good system to help you improve. I am glad I did it and I will try it again in a few months after I have put in some more practice.
P.S. You might want to add a disclaimer, I don't think beginners should even be looking at this. These are not easy shots and there is no way a beginner will even come close to 20. Most people I know wouldn't even make a single shot if they tried. If you can make 15-20 of these I think you are well out of the beginner status.
