How good is this shaft wood**********

I'm not really all that forgiving. I was screwed with the cnc for several reasons. The more I try and use the machine the worse it seems to get.
Anyone ever dealing with him is nuts. I see he's selling his wood now, I wonder if Karma bit him in the Ass,,,GOOD LUCK!!! If you're buying wood.
I wanted to develop a new shaft source, but I guess I'll keep what I have. I"m friends with several high end cuemakers and we shared a couple of orders , I was looking for an extra source.
I believe in GIVING MONEY BACK where there is a genuine problem! Just in case anybody isn't sure where I stand.
I also have medication problems, I know exactly what you're going through...If people knew your problem and weren't understanding or if they made fun, well, I wood lose respect for them for sure...

Thank you Bill. I can't imagine your frustration with the CNC. To spend that much money, with such anticipation, and to go what you went through.

Have a good day...

It seems unfortunate that it has to come to this. Geof seemed like a nice guy. I did get on his case after he posted almost an identical taper bar set up of Deco Cues but both of us got over it.

$700 must have hurt bad Randy. I think you had the most to lose over this and you handled it publicly a tad better than I would have.

Maybe he was trying to be too much to everyone all at once, who knows.
With some of his abilities, making jigs and equipment etc, he could have been a large asset for this forum.

To me, some of the pics that he posted of his shaft wood originally looked pretty decent. Whether he realized that with every pallet of squares he couldn't provide the very best for everyone or that he decided to keep the best for himself and pawn off the not so great shafts on unsuspecting buyers, thats another question all together.

He could have straightened things out eventually but chose a BIG FU to everyone on his last post so that sealed his AZ fate anyway.

There are others on here that make mistakes but at least they stick with it and try their best to do right with everyone they do business with. I think that speaks volumes on their character and integrity. Others, at least in the past have not done the same.

I got what I deserved. I could have dealt with better known suppliers and, now we know, better people. I chose to give Geof my money. I've sent him some texts that weren't nearly as nice, but oh well. He basically says his thing on here was just a hobby and he could care less....even thinking it's funny. Mr. Dilley WAS nice enough to invite me to his neck of the woods to play some pool(this came after a volley and return volley of name calling, so I don't think he was being nice).

I've learned alot on here, finding most people helpful and downright friendly. If someone else on here avoids Dilly because of me, then I'll be happy.

You shouldn't say it was your fault when all you were trying to do is help someone get started in the business. I don't know about your house but an extra set of seven one hundred dollar bills doesn't come floating around every day. There are other places where you could have gotten your moneys worth.

I just paid my Harley off last month after 6 long years. I over paid them by one payment so they returned a cheque to me. Guess where thats going.
Cue supplies. My wife reminded me that Christmas is coming up. I said, "screw that, its going to be Christmas time for Terry this weekend".
I already blew 100 on goodies, I am going to get some cork wraps and Black King tips.
Life is good.

I wasn't trying to help him really, just get some good shaft wood and spent money I shouldn't have. That is my fault.

Had I realized who he was(the Deco taper bar imitator who got all pissy), I never would have dealt with him. Again, all I had to do was a search of his name.

Getting personal and telling everyone to F off is all him.
