How good is your competition? How many racks run against you?

Not sure what the point of that post was, but I'll update and say that last week a (different) guy put 4 racks on me straight out of the gate. First break he made 4 balls. He's got a great break and for the next 4 games after that nothing was tied up after the break. He finally failed to make a long distance draw shot, ending up with stun instead, and got snookered. I was sure it was going to be 5 racks before he missed that ball, but the shape was a little funny. The ending of this one was not respectable...:'(

i just started practicing with my bud John... you know... the guy that just won the U.S. open this past year??? so i believe i am one of the lucky ones that gets to play with one of the best players in the world... well... at least i get to rack for him. 
right now everyone i play beats me because of my back, with one exception my friend in college he is a C-- player He beats the bangers easily and can run 4 or 5 balls sometimes, i give him the 5 ballplaying 9B and we come out even, all my friends are A players except Jay Helfert he is a champion on the stall the last 40 some years and he dosent awalys win-he can get off the stall when he needs to sometimes.

When the Ipt was going I played stevie more a race to seven,We traded racks untill four when I scratched,He then put a three pack on me. fianle score 7-4
I also played Shane von boening at the viking nationals ,5 a game he preceded to run 8 on me and I said I thought we were friends.
My playing partner put three packs on me like there nothing,I've actually played a set of 5 ahead and never got to shoot.

For me - 9 ball, its 9... by two players.

In the match against Morro, I got to shoot a ball twice - once for the lag, and once when I got out of my seat and miscued after he came up dry off the break. I never got to shoot again and I lost 11-0. It's not that I played bad, I just never got to play! He never let me out of my chair, and when he did I really had nothing to shoot at. This will always go down as one of the most humbling, yet educational experiences of my life.

Mika ran 12 on me at Classic about 4 years ago, there was a lot of people watching (its Mika) and after about 5 racks everybody started calling me rack boy. After about 8 racks Mika started calling me rack boy. I felt really proud. Funny thing is on rack 13 he scratched on the break and never asked how many he had just ran. Just another day at the office I guess!
